A leading Aspirant to the Akoko North House of Representatives vacant Seat; Pastor Ola amuda has told some of his supporters and followers from Ogbagi Akoko that they should look forward to a good health condition and arrival of Governor Akeredolu to Ondo State. Ola Amuda who advised them to be wary of rumour mongering and negative reports which had become stocks in trade in all available social media about Mr Governor’s health condition. Instead, he informed them to be positive in their outlook and expect a healthy Governor Akeredolu arriving Ondo State shortly .
Reacting to the quests of some of his supporters about the health condition of Mr Governor and whether he has been carrying Mr Governor along in his desire to becoming the APC’s Candidate for the position, Ola Amuda allayed the fair of his supporters and assured them that “by the grace of God, Mr Governor will soon join us in the State to continue his good works. And his coming shall take many by surprise and it shall be a day of joy”. He further noted that “as human being , nobody is above challenges in life and God has promised that he would never allow us to be tempted beyond our strength . So, let us continue to spread this good news, be positive in our mind and continue to pray for Mr Governor’s early and full recovery.
He noted that even though, he has discussed the matter of his ambition with the State Party Chairman; Eng Ade Adetimehin and other key political leaders in his areas as well as those very close to Mr Governor in Government, he rather found it absurd to carry his ambition to meet Mr Governor who has just recently returned to the Country from a medical vacation but rather he preferred to continue with his grassroot sensitization and mobilization in the meantime. But assured that his ambition shall be formally brought to Mr Governor’s notice at the auspicious time.
Finally, he advised his supporters and followers as well as all the good people of Ondo State to continue to pray for the welfare of Mr Governor and his family as well as the Government of Ondo State .
