It is with immense joy and heartfelt congratulations that I, Senior High Chief Felix Idowu Asonja, Coordinator of Tantita Security Services in Ondo State, join family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating the birthday anniversary of a distinguished son of the Niger Delta, High Chief Dennis Buturu Otuaro, Ph.D., Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program and Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs.
High Chief Otuaro has, through his tireless dedication, vision, and leadership, continued to advance the cause of peace and sustainable development in the Niger Delta region. His contributions to national stability, particularly through his stewardship of the Presidential Amnesty Program, have been instrumental in promoting reconciliation, capacity-building, and lasting peace in the region.
As a man of unwavering integrity, intelligence, and compassion, High Chief Otuaro’s work has inspired a generation of leaders, and his commitment to the welfare of the Niger Delta and the nation at large is truly commendable. His achievements and dedication to public service reflect his deep love for the people, and his steadfast advocacy for justice and equity serves as an example for all.
