Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, Receives 2023 Personality of the Year Award from Vanguard Newspaper
The Minister of Interior, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, on Saturday was honored with the 2023 Personality of the Year award by the esteemed Vanguard Newspaper.
In a statement, the Minister expressed his gratitude, saying, “I was honored to receive the 2023 Personality of the Year award from the esteemed Vanguard Newspaper. With a rich history spanning 41 years, the organization has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to recognize and celebrate excellence, innovation, and reform-driven leadership.”
The Minister attributed the award to the innovative achievements of the #RenewedHope government under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) over the past year, stating, “This award further demonstrates the innovation that has characterized our government in the past one year.”
Reiterating the government’s commitment to prioritizing Nigeria’s interests, the Minister emphasized, “Our creed will always remain Nigeria first, Nigeria second, and Nigeria ALWAYS.”
The award ceremony, held in Lagos, recognized outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of society.
